David Abell founded BreakSafe as a natural extension of his FINRA and financial services legal practice.  A true entrepreneur, David has founded a number of successful startups.
David is a 25 year securities attorney and has guided many successful transitions - protecting the broker from inadvertent breach, minimizing risk, increasing and accelerating asset transfers, and allowing the broker and new employer focus on what they do best - build new business and service their customers.
We use the most sophisticated digital marketing tools available and employ advanced tracking technologies.  This helps us tailor each broker's transition plan in real-time.
TROs and FINRA arbitrations are sometimes unavoidable - to help provide you with the best defense possible, David has associated with the nation's top litigators who specialize in representing brokers and advisors in FINRA arbitrations.
